This aggregate recycling process comprises grinding concrete debris to be treated, by a dry grinder 1 to obtain a ground material, screening the ground material by a screen 2 to separate and recover coarse aggregate from the ground material, after separation/recovery of the coarse aggregate, heating the residual ground material by a heater 3, dividing the heated residual ground material into fine aggregate and a fine powder by using an attrition mill 4, and screening the divided fine aggregate and fine powder by a screen 5 to recover the fine aggregate and fine powder separately from each other wherein as the dry grinder 1, a screw grinder for grinding concrete debris while transferring it with a rotary screw is used and also optionally, after separation/ recovery of the coarse aggregate by screening, the residual ground material is heated to produce recycled mortar and to recover the produced recycled mortal as it is.
