PURPOSE: To obtain a multi-layered container having barrier properties by incorporating the barrier properties in at least one layer of a polymer material, clamping a thermoplastic film on a cavity of a mold, closing the mold, and injecting the melted thermoplastic polymer in the mold between the film and a surface of the cavity of the mold.

CONSTITUTION: For example, three layers, i.e., a film formed of a polyethylene, a PVDC and a polyethylene is placed on a cavity of a mold for molding a coffee cup, held at the place, the film is stretched at the time of closing the mold, a melted ethylene single polymer having a density of 0.959 g/cm3 and a melt index of 65 dg/min is injected in the mold, thereby obtaining a coffee cup having a wall thickness of 0.5 mm. And, a slight excess film is cut out from a periphery of an edge of the cup. And, a manufactured container has at least a depth : width ratio of at least 0.5:1.
