Abstract:

To provide a process for making insulating paper board by forming containing at least a layer composed of cellulose fibers.

The insulating board paper 12 contains at least a layer 10 of cellulose fiber. A layer 14 is at least partially composed of bulky fibers. The board paper is sufficiently insulated to have hot water ΔT≥0.7°C±2.3°C/0.1 mm from end to end of the paper.
