Abstract:
To heighten a dimensionless performance index ZT of a thermoelectric material.
In the thermoelectric material obtained by miniaturizing a raw powder made of a thermoelectric material to produce fine particles and sintering an aggregate of the fine particles, the raw powder is miniaturized into fine particles having an average primary particle size in a range of 20 nm to 1000 nm, and a temperature for the sintering is set in a range of -400°C to -300°C, which is a melting point of the raw powder.
