Abstract:
PURPOSE: To correctly transmit the accurate pulse information to a master station with the aid of a circuit system of a simple construction in which a counter for counting the pulse information when an abnormal state takes place in a remote control device is provided on the substation side thereof and the number alone of pulses counted upon restoration to a normal state is transmitted to the master station.
