Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To always obtain constant verified results without intervention of experience differences, the sixth sense, etc., by preparing knowledge data based on the currently used process procedure and performing verification by using the knowledge data.
SOLUTION: When a process procedure preparing person inputs data by using an input/display device 202, the data are stored in a temporary storage device 203 through a central processing unit 201. Then the unit 201 prepares knowledge data based on the data stored in a product information storage device 204 and facility information storage device 205 and stores the prepared data in a knowledge data storage device 206. Thereafter, the data in the storage device 203 are verified by using the knowledge data stored in the storage device 206 and, when a question is found, the content is displayed on the device 202 and simultaneously corrected or the content of the question and corrected content are displayed so that the person who prepares the process procedure can confirm the contents. When no question is found as a result of the verification, the data are moved to the storage device 204 through the unit 201 and the manufacture of a product can be started.
