Abstract:
To provide a novel process for producing re-refined palm-based oil/fat in which the coloration when re-refining refined palm-based oil/fat can be suppressed.SOLUTION: Provided is a process for producing re-refined palm-based oil/fat that comprises (a) a storage step in which a refined palm-based oil/fat is kept at a temperature of 35 to 70°C for 5 days or more in an inert gas atmosphere, and (b) a re-refining step in which the refined palm-based oil/fat stored in the step (a) is heated to a temperature of 75°C or more.SELECTED DRAWING: None
