To provide a transportation and temperature restoration cart and a tray which are easy for handling precooked dishes when the dishes immediately before being distributed to customers include those to be heated and those unnecessary to be heated.
A cart is provided with a single enclosure 4 in which cooling means 9, 10, 11, 12 having evaporators and a re-heating means in a shape of a heating plate 13 are arranged inside. A tray 6 comprises a first tray portion 14 which is arranged in the plate 13 in a directly contact condition to place dishes to be re-heated thereon, and a second tray portion 15 to support dishes which must be maintained at low temperature by a common tank even when the heating plate is in operation. The first portion 14 of the tray is formed of a heat conductive material, and heat-insulated from the second portion 15 of the tray.
