PURPOSE: To obtain an edible cooked food prepared by using bean curd refuse produced in the preparation of bean curd as a main material.

CONSTITUTION: This processed bean curd refuse food is prepared by adding small cubes of ingredients to a seasoned bean curd refuse imparted with viscidness, kneading to an easily formable state, dividing into small blocks of 10-15g, separately kneading wheat flour with water, aging and rolling the kneaded mixture to form a dough sheet, wrapping the small block with the dough sheet and cooking the wrapped food.
