Abstract:
PURPOSE: To produce a new processed food of boiled rice and a method suitable for mass production of the food.
CONSTITUTION: Boiled rice is blended with proper ingredients, covered with pastries of shu-mai and steamed. In blending the boiled rice with the ingredients, raw eggs are added to the blend and a tasty food having a good shape is obtained by a machine of mass production while preventing adhesion of boiled rice to a transportation path, etc., without damaging the taste of the whole food.
