PURPOSE: The titled food having high nutritive value and high calcium content, by freezing and grinding the whole egg including the yellow, the white and eggshell into powdery or granular state.

CONSTITUTION: The whole egg including the yellow, the white and eggshell is frozen and ground into a powdery or granular state to give the aimed processed food.

EFFECT: Since water is removed, a highly concentrated component can be taken with a small intake.
