Abstract:

To obtain a processed food capable of efficiently ingesting and absorbing without feeling bitterness, improved in palatability and useful for health, etc., by mixing dried powder, etc., of Curcumae rhizoma with drinking milk such as cow milk, goat milk or the other.

This processed food is obtained by mixing preferably 1-10 wt.% dried powder of Curcumae rhizoma or extract of Curcumae rhizoma with drinking milk such as cow milk, goat milk or the other. Furthermore, it is preferable to produce a processed food by mixing dried powder of Curcumae rhizoma or an extract of Curcumae rhizoma with milk product such as cream, cheeze, butter or yogurt.
