Abstract:

PURPOSE: A processed food that is obtained by a specific amount of a seasoning containing fried fishes such as dried bonito or other fishes and soysauce to a food such as butter, thus being suitable as a paste for toast or a cake material without greasiness and lusciousness.

CONSTITUTION: (A) 100g of good such as butter, cheese or margarine preferably containing specific amounts of vegetable or vegetable powders, meats or fishes and shells are combined with (B) 1W100g of dried bonitos, dried sardines or other dried small fishes and (C) 5W20g of soysauce. The dried fishes are preferably used in the form of shavings, powders or extracts.

EFFECT: The product is easy to eat without unpleasant fish taste and oil greasiness.
