To provide a processing apparatus for waste from a fluidized bed gasifying furnace capable of reducing to the utmost the quantity of combustible gas dissipating into the atmosphere and properly treating the same, the combustible gas being exhausted from the fluidized bed furnace simultaneously when waste from the fluidized bed gasifying furnace is discharged.
A recovery apparatus 75 is provided for the purpose of recovering combustible gas m from waste e discharged from a fluidized bed gasifying furnace 61 for processing an article a to be processed to produce the combustible gas m with a fluidized bed formed of a fluid medium p and containing the combustible gas m and the fluid medium p. There are further provided a separation apparatus 11 for separating the fluid medium p from the waste e, and a throwing apparatus 82 for throwing the separated fluid medium p into the fluidized bed gasifying furnace 61.
