Abstract:
PURPOSE: To simplify the preparation of a replenisher by allowing the sp.gr. and amt. of the 2-part processing composition to satisfy a specified expression without diluting the composition with water in mixing.
CONSTITUTION: As for a liq. processing composition consisting of two parts, the sp.gr. and amt. of the composition are allowed to satisfy 0.5≥A/B≥ 0.01 without diluting the composition with water. In the expression, A = (the sp.gr. of the part to be charged previously-1) × the amt. (liter) of the part to be charged previously and B = (the sp.gr. of the part to be charged later-1) ×the amt. of the part to be charged later. In this case, when A/B is other than the above-mentioned values, the two parts are not sufficiently mixed without agitating them. When the two parts constituting a replenisher are mixed in a replenishing tank, the parts are sufficiently mixed when the difference in height between the part inlet to the tank and the bottom face of the tank is controlled to 0.5-1.0m.
