Abstract:
PURPOSE: To perform decision of a proper processing condition with high efficiency by providing a decision processing condition producing means which is operated to produce the same number of new processing condition candidatures as the number of spaces when spaces are left at a processing condition candidature holding means to store them in this holding means and output the operation as a decided processing condition.
CONSTITUTION: Prediction when actual processing is executed by a candidature in its processing condition on which the number of combinations of elements is variable is performed by a predicting means 14. Based on the prediction result, quality is decided and a candidature for a processing condition on which it is decided that the quality is poor is revoked. The same number of new candidatures for a processing condition as that of revoked candidatures for a processing condition are produced by a decision processing condition producing means 13 and stored in a processing condition candidature holding means 12. A candidature for a processing condition after these operations are repeated a plurality of times is outputted as a decided processing condition.
