Abstract:
PURPOSE:To set working conditions automatically, by operating a menu selection switch in response to a desired menu from plural kinds of menus and inputting the menu. CONSTITUTION:On a screen of a CRT16, 9 kinds of finished surface coarseness menus are displayed. The operator selects a desired menu among the 9 kinds of menus on the screen. The menu selection switch corresponding to the desired menu is operated and the said menu is inputted to a numerical controller. For example, when[V2]is selected, a menu selection switch 20-2 corresponding to the menu[V2]is operated and inputted to the numerical controller. Further, on the screen of the CRT16 similarly, two kinds of the menus of tool material types are automatically displayed. The operator operates a desired menu selection switch out of the two kinds of the menus, e.g., a switch 20-2, and inputs it in the numerical controller.
