To achieve a small-sized and simple processing device for compression-bending.
A processing device comprises heating means for heating a metal tube, propulsion means for propelling the metal tube, and a clamp arm which grips the metal tube and is rotatable around a spindle part. Further, the processing device is equipped with guide means which revolves the point of the metal tube gripped by the clamp arm around the spindle part with propulsion of the metal tube and applies bending moment to the metal tube, and a bearing for rotatably supporting the clamp arm at the spindle part. The bearing comprises one or more bearings with brake means each of which includes an inner ring and an outer ring which are coaxially disposed, a support body which is interposed between the inner ring and the outer ring in such a manner that the inner ring and the outer ring can rotate relatively to each other, and brake means which contacts the inner ring or the outer ring and suppresses the relative rotation of the inner ring and the outer ring by frictional force. The brake means suppresses rotation of the clamp arm during the process of bending the metal tube, whereby compressive force is applied to the metal tube.
