Abstract:
To improve working efficiency in processing work in a processing device and method, as well as a robot.SOLUTION: A processing device comprises: a cutter; a cutter driving device that drives to rotate the cutter with a rotation shaft; a cutter moving device that causes the cutter driving device to approach or separate from a surface to be processed while moving the cutter driving device along an axial direction of the rotation shaft with respect to a support; and a cutter oscillating device that oscillates the cutter driving device with respect to the support with a support shaft intersecting with the axial direction of the rotation shaft and extending along the surface to be processed as a fulcrum to change the processing angle of the cutter with respect to the surface to be processed.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
