Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce an installation space and to facilitate organization of a line corresponding to a change of the number of processes.
SOLUTION: Two processing devices 2 are installed inside a whole cover 1. Beds 4 for the devices 2 are arranged in a direction in which guides 8 are situated orthogonally to each other and a processing head 5 is slidably and revolvably situated above the bed 4. Chucks 11 are rotatably situated to the two sides of a processing head 5, and tool holders 12 are disposed at different two sides. A dustproof cover 13 to surround a relative region between the two processing devices 2 is situated at the central part of the whole cover 1 and a processing chamber 14 is formed inside the dust cover.
