Abstract:
To improve work efficiency of contact center operation.SOLUTION: An operator PC 10 according to the present invention includes a contact center application 13. The contact center application 13 determines whether the operator is in a first state of the operation in the post-processing, or a second state other than the first state on the basis of first information related to the operation of an operator in post-processing.
