Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To simultaneously apply fairing processing and groove processing to an end part and an end surface of a welding steel pipe.SOLUTION: A processing device of a steel pipe end part comprises (i) a groove processing device for processing a groove on a steel pipe end surface on the outer periphery or the inner periphery of a surface board for advancing or retreating to a welding steel pipe by rotating around the pipe axis of the welding steel pipe, and also comprises (ii) one or both of an end part fairing device for cutting-removing welding excess metal and/or a sticking object generated on an outer peripheral surface or an inner peripheral surface of a steel pipe end part and a projection cutting device for cutting-removing a projection continuously formed on an outer peripheral surface or an inner peripheral surface of the welding steel pipe.
