Abstract:

To detect a biological substance with high precision while effectively agitating or transporting a solution without generating condensation and uneven distribution of magnetic beads.

In this processing device, an oxidation-reduction material is added to the solution and an electrolytic reactions are performed in a magnetic field, and then, Lorentz force is generated by the interaction between the electrolytic current and the magnetic field.With the Lorentz force, the solution can be agitated and transported. When a reactive substance is included in the solution, the collision frequency between these reaction substances and the biological substances increases. Thus, the promotion between these substances can improve the detection precision of the biological substances.
