PURPOSE: To provide a processing device for noodle with which the side of a vessel moving conveyer for boiling noodle can be simply and easily moved without mechanically separating it from the side of a vessel moving conveyer for cooling noodle when cleaning a boiling tank or the like.

CONSTITUTION: Concerning the processing device for noodle provided with a vessel moving conveyer 1 for boiling noodle and a vessel moving conveyer 8 for cooling noodle, this device is provided with motors 26 and 28 for respectively separately driving both the conveyers 1 and 8 and a control part 30 for controlling both the motors 26 and 28. Then, a signal 28s corresponding to a number 28n of rotations of the motor 28 on the side of the vessel moving conveyer 8 for cooling noodle is sent to the control part 30, and a signal 26s having a prescribed number 26n of rotations proportional to the number 28n of rotations of the motor 28 on the side of the vessel moving conveyer for cooling noodle is applied from the control part 30 to the motor 26 on the side of the vessel moving conveyer for boiling noodle.
