Abstract:
To provide a processing device for an object of a toric shape or of an aspherical shape suitable for processing a toric face or aspherical face of high shape precision.
A fluctuation of a deflection amount of a rotary table 2 is detected to feed back an amount of the fluctuation to control data, and a linearly traveling table 3 is driven by a piezoactuator 4 such that a relative relationship between a work and a grinding wheel is always made constant value. An optical part including a lens, a mirror, or an optical window can be thereby manufactured. The optical part can be also mounted to a laser beam printer.
