PURPOSE: To provide a processing device for a photosensitive planographic printing plate which executes a superior processing and reduces maintenance works such as cleaning of a carrier roller by preventing stains of the carrier roller.

CONSTITUTION: A processing device is so constituted that a brush roller 73, which rotates in the inverse direction of the rotation direction of a carrier roller 18 and has a brush on its surface, is made to abut on a surface of the carrier roller 18, which carries a planographic printing plate 1 by sandwiched from their both sides, and processing liquid is jetted from a cleaning jet means 76 so as to rub stains stuck to the carrier roller 18 by the brush roller 73 and be cleaned by the jetted processing liquid.
