To provide a processing device for spectacle lens capable of automating the processing from calculation of an error that causes asymmetrical spectacle lens and processing of an attachment part.
The processing device includes: a retainer 12 for retaining a spectacle lens 3 after edging machining; a shape measuring apparatus 14 for measuring shape data that can identify the appearance and position of the spectacle lens 3; a correction amount calculation unit 48 for calculating an error that makes a spectacle lens for the left eye and a spectacle lens for the right eye asymmetrical when a spectacle frame structure component is attached, on the basis of the shape data and for obtaining a correction amount on the basis of the error and tolerance; and a hole processing apparatus 15 for performing processing on the spectacle lens 3 by correcting a target processing position by the correction amount.
