PURPOSE: To provide clear pictures without up-down vibration by providing a first delay means which delays a regenerative signal for a half of a horizontal synchronizing period on every other field repeat period and a second delay means which delays a vertical synchronizing signal for about one fourth of a horizontal synchronizing period.
CONSTITUTION: The first delay means 14 is consists of a 0.5H delay circuit which reverses an input signal and delays it for a half of a horizontal synchronizing period, and a contact switch 17. It supplys the regenerative signal from a regenerative demodulating circuit to one contact 17a of the switch 17 through the 0.5H delay circuit 16, and directly to another contact 17b of the switch 17. Since the circuit which delays a vertical synchronizing pulse for 25 minutes is consists of a mono-polarity integral circuit 19 and a comparator 20, the structure is simple. In addition, this circuit structure allows a horizontal synchronizing pulse to be included in a vertical synchronizing pulse, so providing stable up- down vibration suppression effect.
