Abstract:
PURPOSE: To provide a new method and a new device to automatically carry out various working and processing of internal surfaces of an opening part, a branching part, etc. of a tubular body by an extension material.
CONSTITUTION: Working of an internal marginal part 2a of an opening part 2 formed on a peripheral surface of a straight tube is carried out. A pair of supply reels 3A, 3B and adjusting rollers 4A, 4B are arranged above the opening part 2, and a polishing string 8 is suspended on them. The polishing string 8 engaged with an engagement guide part 6b of a guide member 6 is engaged with an engagement recessed part 5b on a head end part of an insertion rod 5 inserted into an insertion hole 6a, it is lowered as it is and introduced into the inside of the straight tube 1 from the opening part 2. An introduction recessed part 5a is provided on the insertion rod 5, and the head end of a driving rod 7 is put intp it. Hereby, when the insertion rod 5 goes up, the polishing string 8 is wound around the head end of the driving rod 7. The driving rod 7 reciprocates in the axial direction, and the polishing string 8 slides on the internal marginal part 2a and works its surface as it is supplied by the supply reels 3A, 3B.
