PURPOSE: To temporarily fix multiple webs during various processes on a web assembly and to prevent displacement by providing a slitting means slitting the web assembly and a binding means hooking multiple webs slit by the slitting means together.
CONSTITUTION: A pair of blade carriers 11, 21 of a slitting means are rotated on a web assembly 1 overlapped with multiple webs 1a, and the web assembly is slit by the slitting blades 10, 20 of the blade carriers 11, 21. The male binder 31 of a binding means is rotated synchronously with the blade carriers 11, 21, one face of the web assembly 1 is thrust by the protruded end 31a of the male binder 31, a hook piece 16 is protruded toward the inside of multiple webs 1a from one face, and the hook piece 16 is protruded into a female acceptor 41 rotated synchronously with the blade carriers 11, 21. Multiple webs 1a are fixed together by the hook piece 16, and the displacement of multiple webs 1a during various processes on the web assembly 1 is resolved.
