Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a device capable of flexibly processing a rod-like member, such as a pipe, at a high speed.SOLUTION: A processing device 1 includes: bending units 10, each of which bends a rod-like member around a first axis 11; and twisting units 100, each of which supports the bending unit 10 so that the bending unit 10 rotates around a second axis 200. Each twisting unit 100 includes: a twisting gear 101 which supports the bending unit 10, has a ring shape, and includes a first cutout part 102 where a part thereof is cut toward a center; multiple guide rollers 120 which support an outer peripheral surface of the twisting gear 101 so that the twisting gear 101 rotates around the second axis 200; and a support plate 130 supporting the multiple guide rollers 120. The support plate 130 includes: a second opening 135 which is formed around the second axis 200 and is larger than a first opening 105 in a ring of the twisting gear 101; and a second cutout part 132 reaching the second opening 135.
