Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide processing equipment of crude oil in which a generation volume of a heavy fuel oil C is reduced, a generation volume of a useful oil is increased, and production cost is reduced.SOLUTION: At least a part of HCO and CLO of a heavy fuel oil fluid catalytic cracker 7 is returned to a heavy fuel oil direct desulfurization apparatus 6, a part of an atmospheric pressure bottom oil (AR) that becomes excess and is supplied from an atmospheric distillation apparatus 3 to the heavy fuel oil direct desulfurization apparatus 6 is supplied to a vacuum distillation apparatus 5, a throughput of the vacuum distillation apparatus 5 is increased, and a throughput of the crude oil in the atmospheric distillation apparatus 3 is reduced so that the maximum throughput in the vacuum distillation apparatus 5 is not exceeded, a generation volume of the atmospheric pressure bottom oil (AR) is reduced. A catalyst load is reduced by an aromatic component in the returned HCO and CLO, a throughput of the heavy fuel oil direct desulfurization apparatus 6 can be increased, thereby a manufacturing ratio of a high added value white oil is increased and a manufacturing ratio of a heavy fuel oil C can be reduced even if the crude oil throughput is reduced by an increment of a throughput of the vacuum distillation apparatus 5.
