Abstract:
To facilitate a preparation operation before starting the treatment of an object to be treated.SOLUTION: A heat treatment furnace comprises a furnace body, a carry-in port roller, plural guide rollers, a carry-out port roller, and a passing device. The passing device comprises: a fitting member to be detachably fitted with a tip of an object to be treated wound around the carry-in port roller; and a movement device for moving the fitting member along a pre-set second carry passage. When the tip of the object to be treated wound around the carry-in port roller is fitted to the fitting member and the fitting member is moved along the second carry passage by the movement device, the object to be treated wound around the carry-in port roller is hung over the plural guide rollers and is fed out from the carry-in port roller to the outside of the furnace so as to be fitted to the carry-out port roller.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 7
