To produce a processing liquid that is effective in a small amount of use, can be supplied surely and effectively to a processing point and hardly suffers deterioration in its performances after circulatorily used for a long term, to provide its manufacturing method and a method for processing using the processing liquid and to provide a microcapsule suitably added to an abrasive slurry.
A liquid substance that manifests effects of lubrication, cooling, cleaning, and the like, when added to a processing point is encapsulated in a microcapsule moderate in its size and wall thickness. This microcapsule is incorporated with a solvent such as water, oil, and the like, to give a processing liquid 12 for a cutting work (or deformation processing/grinding processing/ polishing). A workpiece 14 is processed by a tool such as a milling cutter 13, or the like, while supplying this processing liquid 12 to a processing point of the workpiece 14 through a nozzle 11, or the like.
