Abstract:
PURPOSE: To apply different processing data even when a processing member is same and to form the processing data to a part not affected by processing work in reduced processing loss by forming the processing data to the carrier hook formed to the processing member to perform processing on the basis of the processing data and removing the carrier hook after the completion of processing.
CONSTITUTION: A processing member A is formed by punching a long plate like member 1 and a carrier hook 2 having one or more hooking hole 2a is formed to one end edge of the member A by punching so as to protrude from the end edge of the member A. Further, since the feed hook is also formed to one end edge of the processing member A adjacent to the processing member A on the left side thereof, the recessed part corresponding to the shape of the hook is formed to the other end edge thereof by punching. Then, processing data 4 composed of the hole is formed to the carrier hook 2 by punching processing. After the processing based on the processing data 4 is completed, the part of the unnecessary carrier hook 2 may be removed and, by this method, the recessed part 3 is formed.
