Abstract:
To provide a processing method of an aluminum alloy and a processed article of an aluminum alloy capable of reducing dispersion of an area average crystal grain size and an area average crystal grain size among parts.SOLUTION: A processing method of an aluminum alloy processes an aluminum alloy containing Mg of 0.5 mass% or more and 1.0 mass% or less, Si of 0.5 mass% or more and 3.0 mass% or less, Cu of 0.2 mass% or more and 0.4 mass% or less, Mn of 0.15 mass% or more and 0.25 mass% or less, Ti of 0.1 mass% or more and 0.2 mass% or less, and Sr of 120 mass ppm or less. The processing method of an aluminum alloy includes a step of casting an aluminum alloy and a step of forging a cast aluminum alloy at a temperature of 200°C or higher and 470°C or lower.SELECTED DRAWING: None
