To find the posture of a member easily and accurately.SOLUTION: A processing unit acquires a captured image which is acquired by capturing, from a X direction, a portion 801 including an arc portion 811 and a notched portion 812 when viewed in the X direction. The processing unit calculates the average value of brightness values of pixels included in each of a plurality of interest areas along a circumference centered on a predetermined point in the captured image for each interest area.
