Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a processing method of converter stone waste and an adjustment method of active aqueous solution used for its processing.SOLUTION: Converter stone waste and an active aqueous solution A or an active aqueous solution B are uniformly mixed, and solid-liquid separation is executed by reacting for 0.2-5 hours under a sealed condition, and a pH value of the active aqueous solution A is 1-2, desirably 1.5, and it is prepared by passing a hydrochloric acid aqueous solution through electrode catalyst water equipment, and a pH value of the active aqueous solution B is 5-7, desirably 4-7, and it is prepared by passing a carbonic acid aqueous solution through the electrode catalyst water equipment, and the ratio of mass of the converter stone waste and the active aqueous solution A or the active aqueous solution B is 1:0.5-10, desirably, 1:2-5. The electrode catalyst water equipment comprises an N set of electrode catalyst units of overlapping in parallel between positive-negative electrodes, and the tip and a tail end of the respective electrode catalyst units are communicated in order via a communication water pipe, and the respective electrode catalyst units are constituted for executing time-distribution processing via an electrolytic pipeline and an insulation pipeline.SELECTED DRAWING: None
