Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a processing method capable of reducing straightness even when there is swinging of an end mill.SOLUTION: A processing method for cutting a work by an outer peripheral blade by rotating an end mill of forming a plurality of strips of outer peripheral blades, corrects a notch quantity in the radial direction of the end mill 1 by a correction value, by determining the correction value (an offset value) of a processing margin such as the whole blades abut on the work W, when there is a blade of not abutting on the work W, by determining the processing margin of the respective blades by referring to a swing quantity of the respective blades to a cutting margin determined by a processing condition, by calculating the swing quantity of the respective blades from an edge part 5, by acquiring the edge part 5 of the outer peripheral blade as shape data of the plurality of strips of outer peripheral blades by swing measurement means 4 by rotating the end mill 1.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 15
