Abstract:
PURPOSE: To enable maintaining the reality of an view drawing even when three-dimensional data for forming the view drawing is suppressed to proper data quantity in the case of forming the view drawing by means of a computer.
CONSTITUTION: Three-dimensional(3-D) data 1 and two-dimensional(2-D) data expressing a 2-D view element are provided, data 4 for arranging a prescribed perpendicular line are added to the data 1 and temporary view drawing data 7 are formed by prescribed perspective transformation processing and hidden surface processing based upon 3-D data obtained by adding the perpendicular line. Respective perpendicular lines in the data 7 are detected, the ratio of the length of the perpendicular line concerned to that of the original perpendicular line is determined as a scale, respective perpendicular lines in the temporary view drawing data are superposed to the prescribed center axis of the 2-D view element, and substituting, and prescribed hidden-surface processing is executed to obtain the view drawing data 9.
