PURPOSE: To enable the complete removal of an amending agent mixed in air, by a method wherein, after a ground amending agent is jetted through a nozzle, formed in an agitating blade, togetherwith air and the amending agent is adhered to and mixed in a ground, said air is led to a dust collector through a space in a shielding panel.
CONSTITUTION: An agitating shaft 5 is lowered as it turns, and a ground A is agitated with an agitating blade 7. Then, a mixture of an amending agent and air fed from a pressure feeder for ground amending agent are jetted into the agitating blade 7 from a nozzle 10 through a feed pipe 9, and are blown into the ground A from the lower part of the agitating blade 7. This causes the amending agent to be adhered to ane mixed in a very soft ground consisting of the ground A. Meanwhile, air jetted togetherwith the amending agent, produces air bubbles which are raised in a very soft earth, they enter a space (a) between the ground A and a cavity 23 in a shielding panel 19, they are sucked into a suction port 24, and are led to a dust collector to be exhausted to the air.
