To provide a processing method for a silver halide color photographic sensitive material which suppresses occurrence of yellow stain after long-term storage due to contamination of a bleach-fixing solution and has improved abrasion resistance during transport for processing.

In the processing method for the silver halide color photographic sensitive material, the silver halide color photographic sensitive material is processed through a color developing step, a bleach-fixing step, a rinsing, stabilizing or washing step and a drying step, wherein a bleach-fixing solution used in the bleach-fixing step has a surface tension at 20°C of ≤45 mN/m.
