Abstract:
PURPOSE: To manage individual lot even when plural lots exist in the same manufacturing equipment.
CONSTITUTION: A logic I/O managing part 3 receives a data signal in each section and a production management unit in each section from a manufacturing equipment provided with plural sections and prepares an internal data signal and an internal switching signal respectively from a data signal and a switching signal under a certain logic condition and a data sampling part 2 samples the internal data in each production management unit by switching storing areas 4A to 4C through a switching control part 5 based on the internal switching signal to store collected information.
