Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a technology capable of micronizing and fluidizing effectively a high viscosity material such as heavy oil.SOLUTION: A high viscosity material A is micronized by physical action of a pressure gun utilizing a pressure wave caused by sudden expansion of liquid such as water, and a primary treatment agent B (secondary treatment agent C) for accelerating decomposition of the high viscosity material A by using the pressure gun is added to the high viscosity material A, and the high viscosity material A is fluidized by chemical action of the primary treatment agent B (secondary treatment agent C).SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
