Abstract:

PURPOSE: To enable easy, quick and safe lysing of microorganisms and safe treatment in the lysing of especially a specimen containing pathogenic microorganisms by bringing the microorganisms into contact with a lysis- effective amount of a disinfectant.

CONSTITUTION: Lysis of microorganisms is carried out by bringing microorganisms into contact with a lysis-effective amount of a disinfectant (preferably O-Syl, Roccal II, Vesphene, etc.). The amount of the disinfectant is preferably 0.5-10%.
