Abstract:

To provide a processing system which can guarantee the originality of a form for electronic pens when using the form for electronic pens filled by means of Print on Demand.

A processing system 100 obtains a dot pattern and background information according to user's instructions and prepares definition information. Then, the processing system 100 makes the background information and the definition information into a form file by means of XML digital envelope technology and prepares a form certificate by attaching a time stamp for proving the preparation date and time of the form file. In succession, the processing system 100 prepares print information on the basis of the dot pattern and the background information. A printer 4 can prepare a form 3 in accordance with the user's instructions on the basis of the print information. Furthermore, the form certificate can authenticate that the background information and the definition information are not altered and so on.
