PURPOSE: To obtain information suitable for a business section and customers by extracting specific information used for the business section out of information received from a distributed management system and exclusively storing the extracted information in a centralized control system by a data base format.

CONSTITUTION: The transmission order of data sent from a distributed management system 200 is previously determined and a host computer 110 temporarily stores received data in accordance with the order. The computer 110 reads out data in accordance with file order stored in a data base 130 and writes the data in corresponding storing addresses in the data base 130. In said processing, order information, product specification information and product advancing information to be presented to the business section are written in a line number table, a product reference table, etc., which are respectively exclusively prepared. Thereby contract numbers, line numbers, inspection numbers, etc., are managed as keywords by the data base format. Thus data to be used for the business section are extracted from received data and exclusively stored in the data base 130.
