This processing unit structure for a plate material processing system includes: a processing unit 11 for processing a plate raw material W; and a processing table 31 comprising an upstream-side processing table part 32 and a downstream-side processing table part 42 for mounting the plate raw material W thereon. The processing unit 11 includes a scrape processing device 12; the processing table 31 includes the upstream-side processing table part 32 and the downstream-side processing table part 42 by interposing a separation part S; a cover plate 51 is arranged on the plate raw material W on the separation part S; and the scattering direction of an end material can be restricted by the cover plate 51. When the processing unit 11 includes the scrape processing device 12 and a cut processing device 22, the upstream-side processing table part 32 and the downstream-side processing table part 42 are arranged in a positional relationship capable of individually responding to scrape processing and cut processing.
