Title:
PROCESSOR FOR PHOTOSENSITIVE PLANOGRAPHIC PRINTING PLATE
Document Type and Number:
Japanese Patent JP3236695
Kind Code:
B2
Abstract:

PURPOSE: To obtain a processor for a photosensitive planographic printing plate capable of reducing the consumption of processing solution to the irreducible minimum amount without impairing processing performance.
CONSTITUTION: Four kinds of duty ratios of every specified cycle obtained at the time of energizing a motor 122 are stored in the memory 132 A of a control part 132. Namely, since the amount of washing water necessary per unit time is different in accordance with the width of a PS plate, the optimum duty ratio is selected out of four kinds of duty ratios in accordance with the width thereof. Ordinarily, the ratio is selected so that the amount of the washing water may become large in the case the width dimension of the PS plate is large, and become small in the case it is small. Thus, the motor 122 is consecutively rotated at four kinds of rotating speed apparently, whereby the suction amount from a washing water tank is changed in accordance with the rotating speed, and discharge force to a spray pipe is adjusted.
