PURPOSE: To process various operations carried out at a pharmacy according to a prescription, simultaneously and in parallel without duplication nor omission by classifying the contents of the input prescription by the kinds of the medicine- preparing works and outputting them.

CONSTITUTION: A full-automatic medicine dispensing and bagging machine 1 consisting of a medicine storing and taking-out device and a dispensing and bagging device 24 is connected to a manipulating device 41 on an on-line basis. The manipulating device 41 consists of a keyboard 42, a CRT 43, a memory 44 which uses a floppy disk, a printer 45, and a CPU 46 which controls those units and full-automatic medicine dispensing and bagging machine 1 according to a specific program. The contents of the prescription which is inputted on the keyboard 2 are classified by the kinds of the preparing works and the classified prescription information is printed out on the printer 45.
